All our meats are grown right here at the ranch without hormones, antibiotics, or meat based protein. Lamb and no-grain Beef are forage based.
Lamb 
Our lambs are born in early spring and harvested the following winter. They are available as individual cuts such as butterfly lamb chops, boneless leg, etc. It’s best to stock up when we open in May because we usually sell out by mid summer.
Beef
Grown here at the ranch on our pasture until weaned, then alfalfa hay and some corn we grow ourselves. Harvested late spring and available as individual packaged cuts the quality is really superb.
