When you think in annual time frames, I confess tech moves a little fast. We are progressing however, hopefully it will help us to stay in touch. We are pruning blackberries, inbetween rain showers. It's a pretty involvesd labor intensive process, so we'retrying to get a head start. Spinach. not one of our crops at this point, but we grew some for us, last year, and had LOTS extra. So we froze it. We had some the other night, it was incredible. And knowing it's history was especially satisfying. Anybody interested in freezing some this year? Anyone know of studies comparing cost effectiveness of canning vs freezing? Fred.
